We want FOSS Backstage to be a community that is open and inclusive to all, and the CHAOSS badge is a valuable tool and benchmark to help us increase the diversity and inclusion of our conference.
Everyone is welcome at FOSS Backstage, regardless of their background. In order to ensure a safe and secure environment for everyone, we have created a Code of Conduct that every person involved in our conference is required to agree to and abide by.
We have also created a Diversity Ticket programme to ensure that people from under-represented groups within the FOSS Backstage community can attend and participate in the discussions. Diversity Tickets are fully sponsored (i.e. free) tickets available from our ticket shop.
